What is the highest temperature that Romanov Cosmetics products can be stored?

Please store our products away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity. Keep in dry and cool place.

 

When do Romanov Cosmetics products expire?

We guarantee the product quality for 1 years at room temperature, unopened and unused. If the product is opened, please check the color and smell. If the color and smell has not changed since opening the product, rest assured that the product is good to use.

 

How soon will I notice a difference in my skin appearance?

Skin care is a process and every skin is different.  We cannot provide a specific day when you will notice a difference. However, most of our customers have reported that in just a few days they have noticed a difference and after two weeks they have enjoyed a significant improvement of the treated area.

 

Are your products Paraben Free?

All Romanov Cosmetics products are Paraben free.

 

Are your products animal tested?

We are animal lovers and are proud to offer a product line that has not been tested on animals and never will.

How is my product shipped and how much is the shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping within the United States. We ship Standard Ground (3-5 business days). For shipping outside of the US please contact our Customer Service for a custom shipping quote.

Orders placed before noon (12 pm pacific time) on business days (excluding weekends & holidays) are processed same day.  Orders placed after noon (12pm pacific time) will be processed the next open business day.

Can I return a product?

We believe in our products and wish that you become a loyal customer of Romanov Cosmetics. However, if for any reasons you are not fully satisfied with the product, please e-mail us at info@romanovcosmetics.com to receive a free return label and full refund. We offer a 30-DAY Return Policy. We are unable to provide exchanges.
